If you like Palak (spinach) and paneer (Indian cheese), I'm sure this delicious creamy Indian love yummy those two ingredients. This is a very popular delicacy in India, and I will share my favorite recipe to make Palak Paneer.
Ingredients
250 g Paneer
2 bunches palak
3 medium-large onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes, medium size (finely chopped) or tomato paste for comfort
2 green chili peppers(Slit in half)
2.1 tsp turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
2.1 ginger paste
02:01 garlic paste
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala
2.1 tsp Chana Masala
1 teaspoon sugar
3 tablespoons oil
Salt
Cream for garnish
Method
Before Cook palak (spinach) for about 5 minutes in boiling water and grind to fine paste after it is cold.
According Cut the paneer cut into cubes and fry in oil until lightgolden brown
Third Heat oil in a wok or frying pan and add the cumin. Wait crackles and ensure that there is none. Add the chopped onion and fry green chillies and onions until golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for another minute. Add turmeric, chili powder and Chana Masala powder and fry for another 1-2 minutes. Then add tomatoes, tomato paste and stir until oil separates.
Fourth Add the palak paste thisMix with 1 cup of water. (Hint: You can use water to cook the spinach)
Fifth Add the paneer, garam masala, sugar and salt and cook until you get to see the sauce bubbles. If the sauce seems a little 'dry, you can have some water.
Sixth Garnish with whipped cream in the end
