Delicious chocolate recipes!

Chocolate Pots with Grilled Banana

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate
100g milk chocolate
6 marshmallows, roughly chopped
300ml fresh cream
150ml skimmed milk
3 bananas, unpeeled, sliced diagonally 1 cm

Method

Break the chocolate into squares and in a large bowl with the chopped marshmallows.
In a saucepan over medium heat, bring cream andMilk to just below boiling point.
Pour the cream mixture over the chocolate and marshmallows.
Mix until ingredients are melted and combined.
Pour in 6 stencils. Allow to cool, then cover and can cool in the refrigerator will.
With the dying embers of the grill or broiler pan, grill the slices of bananas for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Serve with the pots of chocolate with extra marshmallows crowned.

Chocolate and cherryMousse

Ingredients

400g chocolate mousse
400 g of black cherries, drained and coarsely chopped
3Oml cherry liqueur (optional)
100 g dark chocolate, melted

Method:

Mixing enter the chocolate mousse, cherries and liqueur in a bowl.
Spoon mixture into small bowl and spread with melted chocolate.
Let rest before serving with fresh or canned cherries and cream.

Chocolate dipped strawberriesSauce

Ingredients

200g dark chocolate
125ml cream
500 g fresh strawberries, washed and dried
30ml chocolate liqueur

Method:

Make your chocolate sauce by melting the chocolate with the cream in a saucepan and stir until smooth and well blended. Mix liqueur and pour into a bowl.
Place strawberries in a bowl with hot chocolate and dip.

Dark chocolate and orangeCheesecake

Ingredients:

1 packet of digestive biscuits, crumbed in a food processor
125g butter, melted
400 g cream cheese
250 ml cream
Zest of 1 orange
200g vanilla yogurt
50ml orange juice
3 organic eggs
200g white sugar
A table of dark chocolate and orange zone

Method:

Make a sponge by mixing the biscuit crumbs and melted butter.
Press into a baking dish.

Mix the rest ofIngredients except chocolate in a soft filling.
Add in the sponge.

Drizzle melted chocolate filling in a ruffled effect.

Bake at 180 ยบ C for 40 minutes or until edges begin to go gold.
The cake is still quite soft in the middle.

Remove and cool completely before serving, and boring
